Method
ibi.dev is one person shipping several products at once. That is only possible because AI collapsed the cost of building and a strict method decides what actually gets finished. This page is that method — not a company, not a roadmap, and not a plan to hire.
Decide the smallest shippable thing
Every product starts as one behaviour worth doing well: prepare a pitch, track nutrition, train attention, play a sharper game. Anything that does not serve that behaviour is cut before it is built, not after.
Build the spine before the surface
The data model, the deploy path and the tests come first. They are the parts that are expensive to change later, and the parts AI is least able to rescue once they are wrong.
Ship at a stage, and say which stage
Live, beta, prototype, concept. Naming the stage honestly is what makes it safe to publish early — a prototype presented as a prototype costs nothing, and a prototype presented as a product costs trust.
Let the record be the claim
Release history is published in full rather than summarised. Shipping cadence is verifiable in a way that adjectives are not.
Finish or retire
A product that has not moved is either given a next release or moved back to concept. Nothing is left implying momentum it does not have.
